5 Ways to Get Rid of Eye Bags and Puffiness

Because the skin around the eyes is thin and delicate, the first signs of fatigue and aging will always be the eyes.

1. Potato

Thinly slice a cold raw potato and place them on the eyes for 15 to 20 minutes. The juice will brighten the area and de-puff the bags.

2. Milk

Soak cotton pads in chilled milk and place them on the eyelids for 20 to 30 minutes. This helps with water retention around the eyes.

3. Vitamin E oil

Soak cotton pads with vitamin E oil and place them on the eyelids for 20 minutes to reduce the swelling and moisturise the skin.

4. Egg white

Beat an egg white and apply it around the eyes. It will make the area around and under the eye feel tighter and look less puffy. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water.

5. Water

Drink as much water as possible because water helps to reduce puffiness when the body is retaining water. That is because the body is holding on to as much water as possible to function properly. Drinking water signals the body to flush out the excess water.
