Kannadi, A Substantial Reflection Of Our Very Own Community

Astro Vaanavil has been producing ‘Kannadi’ programme for the past 8 years. The film crew has gone beyond to many rural areas across nation to identify poor and needy families.

Their dire straits situation in finance and core necessities are recorded and packaged as TV show to gain public attention.

This is not just a platform for public to offer their contribution to the families, however it is something to create awareness and thoughts for current generation.

The programme surely dispirit many audience. To note, it has caused tears to many subscribers whom watch it for the past 7 years.

Why are these small number of community still underneath the border line of basic needs? Who should come forward to help them? How and when can we dissolve this social issue?

You will surely get the answers if constantly watch all the 13 episodes of Kannadi (Season 8). Astro Vaanavil collaborate with Pertubuhan Kebajikan Sri Agathiar, Agathiar Sanmarka Sangam to make this initiative success.
