Lazy Hacks to Lose Weight!

  • 13 Mar 2019

Do you think being lazy to lose weight means to relax on a sofa, watch television and munch on a bag of potato chips?

If that’s what you’re thinking, you need to delete it from your mind right away. Lazy ways to lose weight doesn’t mean being lazy!

Instead, you need to replace your thoughts with something a little more energetic but it doesn’t have to be too energetic.

Losing weight always involves sweating through hours of discipline in the outdoors or gym. However, you may not have the time for a treadmill workout.

In fact, you might be too busy to eat your meals at home or even chew slowly during your limited lunch hour break.

This doesn’t mean you can never lose weight. Astro Ulagam found little tricks that you can employ daily to help you lose weight without counting your calories or going to the gym.

Avoid white foods

Stay away from white flour, white rice and sugar due to the large amounts of carbohydrates. However, you can eat brown rice and whole-grain breads in moderate portion.

Don’t drink fruit juice

Enjoy a slice of watermelon rather than drinking watermelon juice as the calories are higher in a small box of juice. Also, you will not get the full nutrients especially fiber when you juice the fruit.

Consume calories by noon

Your body will be able to burn calories during the day because you are awake and active with your routines. If you consume high calories at night, your body will not have enough time to burn it all because you will be sleeping.

Eat in front of mirrors

By doing this, you will be able to reflect your own goals and stay focused to lose weight.

Color your plate

Start your meals with vegetables such as broccoli, tomatoes, spinach and carrots. The fiber will satisfy your hunger and you will consume lesser calories.
