5-Suprising-reasons-your-hair-is-falling

We all lose hair. On average, humans normally lose 50 to 100 strands of hair per day however, when this number increases, you must start to take it as a warning sign. This is because you are definitely experiencing a hair loss.

Why are you experiencing hair loss? Read more to find out!

Because you have excess Pitta

Ayurveda study believes that those who have excess Pitta Dosha (heat in your body) are likely to lose hair.  Pitta is affected by hot climate conditions, excessive intake of spicy, oily greasy and acidic food.

Solution: Figure out the cause that is increasing your Pitta Dosha. Once you have found it, reduce the habit or food that is responsible for increasing the Pitta

Because it is hereditary!

One of the most common causes of hair loss is due to your genes! The gene inherited from either your mother or father is likely to cause the hair loss.

Solution: Sadly, there are are very limited solutions to this genetic issue. Nevertheless, you can reduce the chances of hair loss by adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Because you are stressed out!

Stress can cause many hair loss related conditions. It may include ‘’telogen effluvium’’ which is a condition where more hair than normal prepares to shed and also ‘’alopecia areata – the sudden loss of large clumps of hair.

Solution: Reducing stress will help your hair to grow back.

Because your body has a lack of protein

The human hair is made of a protein known as keratin. When we do not consume protein-rich food, it can lead to weak strands which will fall prematurely.

Solution: Eating healthy can help reduce your hair fall woes. Make sure you get enough nutrients especially from foods like beans, chicken, fish, eggs and milk.

Because you hair is experiencing an ‘’overdose’’ of chemical products

Hair products today are filled with harmful chemicals that do contribute to hair loss.

Solution: Pick the correct hair product for your hair type.
