The poor condition of Rajendran's family is indeed heartbreaking...

Rajendran was originally working in Singapore and was earning a good income to support his family. However, he had to leave his job behind and return to Malaysia as his wife was diagnosed with the final stage of asthma.

Her condition got very critical as she was lifeless for a whole 3 minutes in the hospital before she was revived back to life.

The couple was blessed with 5 schooling children, however, Rajendran struggles to support them as he needs to take care of his wife and children, and unable to commit to a full-time job. Rajendran's old aged mother helps him to take care of the house as well.

His youngest child is also diagnosed with fits which first started due to a severe high fever. Now they have to be extra cautious to ensure her safety. She also discharges faeces without realizing and need constant attention at all times.
