Surenrvo S/O Anantharavoo Babu is a dedicated Tamil teacher who recently carved his name in the 'Malaysia Book of Records' by conducting Tamil language classes non-stop for 12 hours.

On Aug 21, Suren taught a total of 300 students from standard 1 to 6 continuously for 12 hours (8am - 8pm). He handpicked 50 students from each standard and got parents' permission to allow their children to be a part of this record-breaking moment. Each student received a cert for taking part in the event.

The young academician is passionate about his career as a Tamil Language teacher and has been attached with SJK (T) Mahathma Gandhi Kalasalai at Sungai Siput, Perak for the past three years.

As an educator, he enjoys spreading his knowledge to his students and dreams of achieving greater heights in his field.

"I just wanted to inspire other teachers; to show them that we can achieve more in this field besides merely educating the students," he said.

The Malaysian Book of Records ceremony was held at 8.30 pm on the same day after his attempt was successful. Congratulations Suren!
