What's the Secret to Shilpa Shetty's Stunning and Youthful Look Despite Turning 45?

Remember this tall and lean actress from the 90s? One of her iconic films in Kollywood was Mr. Romeo with Prabhu Deva. After that, the actress went on to star in Bollywood films and gradually climbed the ladders of success due to her beautiful figure, dance skills, and good acting. Shilpa has been nominated for Filmfare best actress category for 4 times. She received international acclaim on a reality show called  Celebrity Big Brother 5.

After her marriage to businessman Raj Kundra, Shilpa became more focused on works outside films. She co-owns the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket team Rajasthan Royals with her husband. She's seen as a judging dance reality shows and talent competitions, running a YouTube channel, talking about yoga and fitness, and featuring in brand endorsements.

Sounds like she's busy all the time and as a working mom with a son aged 7, life can't be easy. But, this superwoman hasn't aged a day. She looks so energetic and youthful. Throughout the years, Shilpa has maintained her skin and figure and it's mostly clean eating and a great fitness routine.

Don't stress out. Shilpa used to be a state-level volleyball player. She also has a black belt in karate. Staying fit and healthy have been her prime goal ever since she was young.
